**Summary**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Select suppliers at existing and new project stages to meet cost, time, and specification requirements of development projects.
- Ensure supplier capacity after new product launches for the entire product lifetime.
- Develop an NPI roadmap to pursue process excellence in NPI.
- Identify leverage opportunities in awards to negotiate the best prices of existing standard parts used in NPI.
- Analyze cost breakdowns and identify cost-saving opportunities with the NPI and strategic teams.
- Support and drive initiatives to improve supplier quality and delivery performance.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of relevant Supply Chain and Procurement experience, preferably in Electronics industries.
- Demonstrated track
- record of achieving results in negotiation and supplier management.
- Business acumen, strong communication and negotiation skills, leadership, creativity, presentation skills, influencing skills, results-driven, action-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong people and organizational leadership skills.
- High analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel).
- Proficiency in supply chain management principles and procurement processes.
- Understanding of engineering and manufacturing principles, especially in the electronics sectors.
- Familiarity with cost analysis and cost-saving strategies.
