Masonry Foreman

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading a team of masons in stone, paver, brick, block, and concrete construction projects.
- Reading and interpreting plans to ensure accurate execution of masonry tasks.
- Coordinating with project managers, architects, and contractors.
- Overseeing the installation of stone, paver, bricks, blocks, concrete, and other materials.
- Maintaining a safe work environment and providing training to junior masons.
- Managing material procurement and estimating project costs.
- Conducting inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaborating with other trades and communicating project progress effectively.
- Maintaining project records and staying updated with industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Masonry Foreman in stone, paver, brick, block, and concrete construction.
- Physical labor is required as this is a hands-on foreman position.
- Knowledge of commercial masonry techniques.
- Ability to read plans and follow specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding of safety regulations.
- Expertise in stone, paver, brick, and block selection.
- Ability to estimate materials and costs accurately.
- Proficiency in using masonry tools and equipment.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of Spanish is strongly desired.

**Compensation**:
Pay starts from **$38.00 per hour** for a full-time position, with expected hours of no less than 40 per week.
