Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee and beverages. If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar and seating area
- Ensure all equipment is clean and in working order
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner

**Skills**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of catering services is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with cash register systems, such as POS (Point of Sale) or Aloha POS
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure beverages are prepared accurately and presented beautifully
- Knowledge of bartending techniques is an advantage
- Ability to handle cash transactions efficiently
- Time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
