**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Review project plans and blueprints
- Ensure project is completed within budget and on time
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables
- Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to workers and other professionals
- Report on project progress to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations

Project Manager oversees various aspects of multiple simultaneous construction projects and is involved with project life cycle deliverables of assigned roles including submittals, shop drawings, RFI’s, change orders, cost and schedule tracking, warranty, and final delivery (project closeout) of assigned projects. The Project Manager coordinates with the superintendent, ensuring that materials, equipment, and supplies are on-hand when needed, performs quality assurance inspections, and follows up with testing and permitting agencies. You will attend and take minutes of various meetings including progress meetings with the owner, subcontractors, architects, and others as appropriate and you will cooperate with all parties to ensure projects are built appropriately in compliance with the plans and specifications.
- Must be goal-oriented, having the ability to work with and meet established objectives, priorities, and deadlines on a consistent basis.
- Leadership role on the project team.
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned projects.
- Ability to build and foster relationships with management, coworkers, subordinates, subcontractors, and Owner.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with good judgment and decision making.
- Project management skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Superior communication, planning, and organizational skills both oral and in written English.
- Ability to build consensus and to negotiate and resolve disputes and effectively mitigate cost related issues or problems.
- Understanding all issues associated with contract changes.
- Consistently provide Owner and company management with all job-related information regarding status of project.
- Track and update current project schedule when needed.
- Manage the project diary and photographic records.
- Other associated tasks as required/assigned.
- Experience with Primavera, Prolog, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management software
- Strong background in construction estimating

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
