Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your attention to detail, culinary knowledge, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Process payments and operate cash registers or POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

**Skills**:

- Strong culinary knowledge to accurately describe menu items and make recommendations
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and proper handling of utensils
- Basic math skills for processing payments and making change accurately
- Excellent guest services skills, including attentiveness, patience, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with food service procedures, including table setup, order taking, and table clearing
- Experience operating cash registers or POS systems (experience with Jonas POS is a plus)
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build positive guest relations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
