Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting to execution and closeout
- Collaborate with in house departments and field supervisors to ensure contract terms are met
- Administrative assistance in bid process and contract submittals
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation for certification audits
- Review contracts for accuracy
- Assist in the development of proposals and contract bids
- Oversee contractor performance and compliance with Manage contractual obligations that relate to compliance and performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in contract management, and administration
- Familiarity with contract management tools such as Salesforce and DocuSign
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to draft documents
- Strong computer skills - Excel, Microsoft Word, Accounting Software
- Experience in contractor submittals and proposal writing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
