Description:
**Part Time Assistant Property Manager/ Leasing Agent for Greenfield Apartments in Baytown, Texas.**

The Part Time Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Agent is responsible for accounting for the flow of money and ensuring timely collection of rent as well as other receivables. The Assistant Property Manager will also process “move-ins”, “move-outs”, meet management goals and objectives, and achieve the standards required for Property Managers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Preparation and delivery of all delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate.
- Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
- Prepare security deposit refunds or charges (begin collection procedures for damages).
- Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects

**Requirements**:
Paying $16 hrly 14.5 weekly hours. 8 hrs spread out Mon
- Fri or as needed during the week and Saturdays 10-5.
