At KC Digital Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch copier solutions to businesses across the Country. As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and prioritize service calls and part requests from clients.
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians based on client needs and technician availability.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts inventory, and technician schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service through clear and timely communication with clients and technicians.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
