**Position Reports To**: Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager

**Job Summary**:

- Muebles de polvos. Lava o limpia paredes, carpintería, ventanas, paneles de las puertas y umbrales según sea necesario.
- Informes necesitan para mantenimiento o reparaciones cuando condiciones insatisfactorias no pueden ser inmediatamente corregidas.
- Vacía las papeleras y botellas vacías y ceniceros limpios.
- Elimina basura y desechos de las habitaciones para recoger por internos.
- Repone suministros de baño. Comprueba y sustituye bombillas de luz de que cada unidad de tiempo se desocupa.
- Certifica que la unidad se ha limpiado correctamente y está lista para su ocupación cuando entregó al supervisor o personal de recepción como terminado.
- Participa en todos requiere salud y encuentros/clases de seguridad.
- Conducirse de manera profesional en todo momento.
- Trabaja los fines de semana y días de fiesta y en cualquier momento tal como estaba programado por el jefe de servicio de limpieza.
- Sigue todas las reglas y regulaciones establecidas en el último manual de empleados.
- Cualquier otro realizar diversas labores que pueden ser asignados por el Gerente de mantenimiento o Gerente General.

**Physical Demands**:

- Las demandas físicas descritas aquí son representativos de aquellos que deben ser cumplidos por un empleado para realizar con éxito las funciones esenciales de este trabajo. Pueden hacer adaptaciones razonables para permitir a individuos con discapacidades realizar las funciones esenciales. Al realizar las tareas de este trabajo, el empleado es regularmente necesaria para soporte, usar las manos, hablar, oír, degustar y oler. El empleado con frecuencia es necesaria para alcanzar con las manos y brazos. El empleado de vez en cuando es necesaria para caminar, sentarse, soporte, agacharse, arrodillarse, subir o balance, agacharse o gateando. Habilidades de visión específicas requeridas por este trabajo incluyen la visión cercana, visión de color, percepción de la profundidad y capacidad para ajustar el foco. El empleado debe con frecuencia levantar mover hasta 10 libras y de vez en cuando levante o mueva hasta 25 libras.

**Qualifications**:

- Individuo debe ser capaz de realizar satisfactoriamente cada derecho fundamental. Hasta un mes relacionadas se requiere experiência o formación.
- Habilidad para leer un número limitado de dos y tres palabras de sílaba y reconocer semejanzas y diferencias entre palabras y entre series de números. Capacidad de entender y hablar Inglés básico oraciones.

**Job Summary**:
Cleans guestrooms by performing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses, paper goods and guest supplies.
- Sorts, counts, folds, marks or carries linens. Make beds.
- Verifies unit inventory prior to guest arrival.
- Renders personal assistance to guests upon request (within reasonable limits).
- Sweeps, scrubs, waxes or polishes floors as required.
- Vacuums rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies.
- Dusts furniture. Washes or cleans walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills as needed.
- Reports need for maintenance or repairs when unsatisfactory conditions cannot be immediately corrected.
- Empties wastebaskets, and empties and clean ashtrays
- Removes trash and waste from guestrooms for pickup by Housemen.
- Replenishes bathroom supplies. Checks and replaces light bulbs each time unit is vacated.
- Certifies that unit has been properly cleaned and is ready for occupancy when turned over to supervisor or Front Desk staff as completed.
- Participates in all required health and safety meetings/classes.
- A conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
- Works weekends and holidays and any time as scheduled by the Housekeeping Manager.
- Follows all rules and regulations set forth in the latest Employee Handbook.
