**About this Position**: The City of Hesperia is looking to fill our Plans Examiner vacancy. Under general supervision, the Plans Examiner performs independent building and plan examinations for construction or alteration of industrial, commercial, and residential structures; determines compliance with applicable codes, laws, and regulations; and performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**: Possession of, or ability to obtain within one (1) year of employment, a Plans Examiner Certificate issued by the International Code Council or equivalent. Related field and in-office plans check experience with a California based Municipality perferred. Local Government experience preferred.

Pay: $6,893.00 - $8,402.00 per month
