Job Overview:
Secret for Weight Loss is one of the nation’s leaders in natural weight loss solutions and wellness services, helping over 50,000 clients lose a total of 1.5M lbs. Our mission is to support individuals in achieving healthy, sustainable weight loss. Our doctor-developed program combines effective, proprietary products with healthy eating, lifestyle changes, and personalized support, resulting in lasting weight loss and a complete lifestyle shift.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Health Coach to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about health and wellness. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and support them throughout their weight loss journey. Your role is crucial in building strong client relationships and helping clients achieve their goals.

**Duties**:

- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to provide guidance, motivation, and support.
- Develop personalized weight loss plans and recommendations (we will train you)
- Monitor client progress and adjust wellness plans as needed.
- Obtain client testimonials and 5-star reviews.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and progress using our CRM (client tracking) software.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product offerings.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge in health, fitness, or nutrition is a plus.
- Proven experience in health coaching or a related field.
- Passion for helping people achieve their weight loss and health goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
