**Responsibilities** of the Certified Home Health Aide Include:

- Provide health care services in patient’s residences.
- Perform light housekeeping and prepare meals.
- Transport and accompany clients to and from appointments or activities.
- Remind client to take their medications.
- Assist client with personal care and activities of daily living.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises based on the plan of care.
- Provide caring and dependable companionship and basic emotional or psychological support to the client.
- Create compassionate and supportive solutions to your client's needs by collaborating with other associates and client's family.
- Implement plan of care under the directive of a Registered Nurse.

**Skills **for the Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) include:

- Proven working experience as a certified home health aide.
- Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens.
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
- Nursing and health care administration skills.
- Caring and compassionate personality.

**Requirements for the Certified Home Health Aide Position**:

- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in the state of NJ **(required)**:

- Valid Driver's License

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
