Assist in food preparation and service while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas under the supervision of the Dietary Manager or Cook.
- Assist in meal and snack preparation.
- Providing a great dining experience and service of resident meals.
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, floors, dishes, and utensils.
- Ensure proper storage of foods and supplies.
- Other duties as deemed necessary and appropriate, or as may be directed by the department director.

As a dietary aide, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
