Responsibilities:

- Building maintenance
- Support shipping, receiving and production needs as required
- Getting office supplies for the front office and kitchen
- Ground maintenance and landscaping maintenance

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
