Financial Analyst

**Temp to Hire Financial Analyst-Berwyn, PA (Hybrid schedule)**
- Compile new and rebid pro-forma documents and conduct thorough analysis to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, including reports on new, rebid, and lost business, as well as weekly Business Owner Reports.
- Offer financial guidance to regional operating units on matters concerning client returns, revenue, and profitability objectives.
- Enhance financial standing by compiling and analyzing budgets and forecasts, tracking variances, identifying trends, and presenting recommendations to the Director of Finance.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all financial transactions.
- Provide precise and timely reports on the financial performance of individual projects.
- Develop and format reports and spreadsheets; establish and manage a database for organizing, collecting, and uploading data in required formats.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Accounting or Finance.
- Possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Demonstrate proficiency in addressing inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members.
- Effectively present information to top management, public groups, and boards of directors, including the preparation and explanation of reports and projections.
- Skilled in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Competently use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with a personal computer.
- Define problems, gather data, evaluate past, present, and future financial data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Interpret a wide range of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, dealing with various abstract and concrete variables.
- Have experience with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Possess knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and experience in making Journal Entries.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
