**Role**: The Mental Health Counselor will be available to provide in person and virtual counseling services to clients including young children, adolescents and adults.

**Job Types**: Full-time and Part-time positions are both available.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples or families using various therapeutic techniques / modalities
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop clinical documentation (e.g. assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries) to address these needs
- Provide counseling and support to clients dealing with a range of conditions and issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, life changes/transitions, gender and identity issues, divorce, LGBTQ issues, eating disorders, and other life concerns
- Collaborate with administrative support staff to coordinate care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and in-house professional development opportunities
- Peer supervision is offered in an effort to provide clinical support and ongoing consultation with peers
- Services will be delivered in an office setting and from the employee's home via telehealth (when applicable)

**Qualifications**:
**Masters Degree with current LPC or LPC Associate License

**Must have valid LPC license issued by Texas BHEC licensing board

**Compensation and Support**:
*All marketing, scheduling, 3rd party billing, and overhead costs are taken care of with opportunities for peer consultation, and continuing education.

**Full Time Employees**:

- Full time LPC employees will be compensated via a salary that will be based on the therapist's clinical background, credentials and other related practice experience. Full time employees may deliver services Monday - Friday, and will be eligible for health benefits (eg medical, vision, dental), approximately 2 months of paid PTO (including federal holidays), retirement plan with company matching option in place, and CEU opportunities.

**Salary for this full time position will be based on experience, credentials, tenure as a fully licensed LPC, and other related skills.

**Part Time Employees**:

- Part time LPC employees will be compensated at a commission based pay option and must deliver a minimum of 30 hours of direct services per week. Part time employees may deliver services during hours of operation, which are Monday - Saturday anytime from 9am - 8pm.
- Part time employees are eligible for healthcare benefits, retirement plan or paid time off and they may transition to full time at a later date, if the need should arise.

**Contract Position**:
Contractor positions are only available to LPC Associate or LMSW licensures. Contractor positions must be available to work 2 evenings out the week and every other Saturday from 9am-2pm per month.

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
