Operations Support Admin

**Job Summary**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Cleaning mall office and maintenance shop.

Removing trash from public receptacles and putting in to dumpster.

Picking up/cleaning debris and trash from common areas around property, to include landscaping beds, parking lots and sidewalks.

Conduct inspections of property and systems, to include checking riser rooms, inspecting service docks and identifying items that need repaired or serviced.

**Education**:
High School Diploma

**Qualifications**:
Business Experience
- Two years’ experience in comparable position, or combination of education and experience.
