**What’s a Day Like as a Client Service Representative at Cobb & Co?**

As a Veterinary Client Service Representative at Cobb & Co, your day is dynamic and pivotal to our clinic’s operation. You might spend your time at the reception desk, warmly greeting clients and their pets, ensuring they feel welcome the moment they walk in. Alternatively, your day could be centered in our call center, where you manage phone lines, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries—all through our computer systems. Regardless of the setting, you’ll need to demonstrate empathy, maintain a high level of multitasking, and ensure smooth operations, making every client interaction positive. This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in both phone and computer systems, allowing you to provide outstanding support whether face-to-face or virtually.

**Job Requirements and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred veterinary experience.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills.
- Outgoing, friendly, and compassionate personality.
- Ability to read animal behavior and body language.
- Capable of safely interacting with various patient temperaments.
- Strong multitasking skills; can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Strong computer skills and basic math abilities.
- **Fluency in speaking and writing Spanish is strongly preferred. A Spanish language pay differential is offered.**

**Physical Demands**:

- Frequently required to stand and walk.
- Occasionally required to sit.
- Constant use of hands for typing, handling documents, and other desk-related tasks.
- Climbing, stooping, and kneeling are occasionally required.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds unaided. Assistance provided for weights above this.
- Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Constant need to talk and hear.
