**SITE/BUILDING**:To be determined (Suffolk County, NY)

**ASSIGNMENT**:Department of Career, Technical and Adult Education

**START DATE**:September 1, 2024

**SALARY**:$55,966.00
- **Minimum starting salary rates are established per 2023-2024 Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs). 2024-2025 compensation rates will follow CBAs when available.**

**Job Qualifications**
- **_NYS Electrical 7-12 Certification _**or eligible for**_ Transitional A Certification_**
- For Transitional A Certification pathways please click here
- 3-5 years industry experience
- 1-3 years teaching experience
- Nassau or Suffolk County Licensed Electrician required (or equivalent)
- Master Electricians interested in teaching young people; we will help you become an educator, and you will be able to take teaching courses as you learn/on the job. Many of our teachers came from industry and learned how to be a teacher.
- Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
