Bilingual Account Servicing Representative

Answer incoming calls
- Contact customers and negotiate and structure payment arrangements with customer
- Process payments and update account with any new customer information.
- Comply with all State and Federal collection laws including FDCPA and company policies and procedures
**Skills**:
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Must exhibit a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to extract information, compile location data, and utilize various information platforms
- Ability to persuade customers to pay
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a customer contact environment
