Basketball Referee

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Officiate sports games, enforce rules, and make impartial decisions
- Ensure the safety of all players and maintain a respectful environment
- Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators
- Resolve conflicts or disputes during games
- Provide guidance and feedback to players for skill improvement

Qualifications:

- Previous experience playing/coaching/officiating any sport is a plus but not necessary
- Strong communication skills to interact with players, coaches, and spectators
- Ability to manage conflicts and make fair decisions under pressure
- Desire to learn rules and regulations of basketball

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $2,000.00 - $10,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
