The aviation services fall into three main categories: Air-to-Air threat replication, Close Air Support, and Test and Evaluation. We provide on and off-site aircraft operation for a diverse customer base in all areas of the aviation and aerospace industry with operating locations around the globe.

We maintain a fleet of three Aero Vodochody L-39ZA (Albatros) and ten BaE Hawk Mk. 67 aircraft; both have repeatedly proven to be extremely reliable in all environmental conditions, and both can carry a variety of sensors and payloads.

**Job Summary**:
The Aircraft Logs & Records Lead at RAVN Aerospace plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of aircraft logs and records. This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and organization of aircraft documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. The Logs & Records Lead will work closely with various departments to facilitate seamless communication and uphold the integrity of aircraft records throughout their lifecycle.

**Maintain Aircraft Records**: Manage the organization, storage, and accessibility of aircraft logs, records, and documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FAA regulations).

**Documentation Management**: Develop and implement procedures for the proper handling, tracking, and storage of aircraft records, including maintenance logs, technical manuals, and service bulletins.

**Recordkeeping Compliance**: Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices regarding aircraft recordkeeping, including record retention policies and recordkeeping systems.

**Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular audits and inspections of aircraft records to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards, promptly addressing any discrepancies or deficiencies.

**Coordination and Communication**:Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality assurance, and other relevant departments to facilitate the exchange of information and documentation, supporting operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

**Training and Development**: Provide guidance, training, and support to personnel involved in aircraft recordkeeping activities, promoting understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.

**Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in aircraft recordkeeping procedures, systems, and technologies, contributing to the enhancement of overall operational effectiveness.

**Emergency Response**: Assist in emergency response efforts by providing timely access to critical aircraft records and documentation as needed to support incident investigations and regulatory inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, records management, or a related role.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, including FAA requirements pertaining to aircraft recordkeeping.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in recordkeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience with aircraft maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMO, AMOS) preferred.
- Certification as an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic a plus.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with security clearance requirements if applicable.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
