Mobile Custodian

- Custodian, Janitor - _**START IMMEDIATELY**_

We are looking to add a mobile janitor, also known as a float, to our team. As a float, you would be responsible for providing coverage where necessary at various locations in the greater Grand Rapids area. Do you like variety in your work? This position could be for you

**Full time and part time positions available**:

- **Full time**: Monday-Friday: 6pm-2:30am with flexibility to come in as early as 4pm (40 hours per week)
- **Part time**:Monday-Friday: 6pm-12:30am with flexibility to come in as early as 4pm (25-35 hours per week)

**Pay: $18/hr.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Cleaning restrooms
- Removing trash
- Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment
- As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- **Great Attendance**:

- Ability to clean in a variety of environments including medical settings, schools, manufacturing settings, offices, etc.
- Reliable vehicle to drive during shift
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, ability to submit fingerprints to the state of Michigan to be authorized to work in public schools, and ability to pass a motor vehicle records check
- 18 years of age or older with valid ID
- Ability to work efficiently while upholding company’s quality standards
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members
- **Cleaning experience required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
