ABOUT HOTWORX - We are a revolutionary fitness franchise with over 600 open locations nationwide (and growing) offering 24 Hour Infrared Fitness Studio offering our patented 3D Training Method. HOTWORX combines Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2) & Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories among numerous other benefits from heated infrared fitness. Our studios offer 24 hr access to virtually instructed workouts ranging from Hot Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, Hot Barre None, and MANY more. Our exclusive workouts are done inside of our patented HOTWORX sauna in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME All in a high tech environment
**GM Mission**: To develop and maintain the overall success of HOTWORX® through effective management strategies, marketing tactics, consultative sales skills, and superior customer service to meet and exceed the performance goals of your franchise location. To maintain the integrity and good reputation of the HOTWORX® brand through various local and national marketing tactics and to professionally represent the brand at all times.
General Managers must be prepared for an exciting opportunity with unlimited earning potential while helping the community burn massive amounts of calories in addition to helping members become the best versions of themselves
- Meeting and exceeding daily, monthly, and yearly membership sales goals.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) daily, weekly, and monthly to drive continuous improvement.
- Showing up daily, on time, with the mindset to execute every job duty and function with absolute enthusiasm.
- Providing superior service to members and guests at all times by creating an inclusive, positive, and motivating studio culture.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the studio.
- Actively interview, hire, coach, and train sales staff while achieving personal sales goals.
- Managing staff schedule and payroll.
- Increasing brand awareness in the community via social media and other marketing programs.
- Utilizing online softwares for customer relations management (CRM) and point of sale (POS).
**Initial and Required Training & Certifications**:
- Complete HOTWORX® Certification. Repeat once annually as a refresher.
- Attend the annual HOTWORX® Convention.
- Maintain active CPR, AED, and First Aid certification at all times.
- Additional training requirements may be required at any time/as needed.
**Compensation Targets & Management**:
- Total annual compensation: $65K - $90K+ (comprised of competitive salary in addition to bonuses plus individual and studio level commissions)
