As a **Supervisor, NCE, **you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of line employees. Responsibilities include employee management, cost containment, staffing, employee performance management, and resource allocation. Charged with leading work group to achieve set departmental goals for productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Works with the department Manager to determine staffing requirements, interviews, hires and trains new employees
- Communicates and implements company work rules, performance standards, and departmental operating policies
- Distributes assigned tasks to work group
- Provides direction of training and development within the work group
- Direct supervision of line employees including scheduling, time management, and performance monitoring
- Maintains scheduling flexibility to ensure supervisory/management availability for all hours of operation
- Provides resolution of interdepartmental issues
- Compiles and processes call metrics and review material for department manager
- Coordinates employee schedules
- Participates in developing department incentives program
