**About us**

Lake View Builders is a small business in Oneonta, NY. We are a professional building and remodeling contractor and our goal is to add a member to our skilled team who can work well with others, complete tasks on their own and is willing to learn and grow with our company.

We build 1-2 new homes per year and comlplete many renovations/ remodels as well. We strive to put out the best product as possible and need someone who cares about their work as much as we do.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various carpentry and labor tasks, including but not limited to:

- Roof restoration and repair
- Siding installation and repair
- Flooring installation
- Blueprint reading and interpretation
- Cabinet installation
- Masonry work
- Fixture installation
- Mold remediation
- Plastering

**Skills**:

- Proficient in carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong knowledge of different types of wood, materials, and finishes
- Experience with various carpentry tasks, such as cabinet installation, flooring installation, and masonry work
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on the job site

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
