**What You Will Brew**

The A.M. Bartender is responsible for consistently delivering results to contribute to Champion’s Club mission and overall success by mixing and serving alcoholic beverages, verifying identification and minimum age requirements, accepting payment, cleaning glassware, balancing cash receipts to record sales, bartender set-ups and break-downs of the bar, and providing great hospitality to ensure a high level of quality, consistency, and service.

**You Will**:

- Help maintain culture, and positive vibe of the brand experiences while serving guests
- Verify identification and that guests meet the minimum age requirements
- Take food, beverages and allergen preferences from guests
- Prioritize and organize operations of the bar
- Deliver a memorable dining experience by resolving all guest issues promptly and professionally
- Master memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells as needed, change beer kegs, mix traditional and innovative cocktails
- Clean glasses, bar utensils tables, and bar areas
- Open tabs, take payments and keep track of cash and receipts
- Understand all aspects of service and be a leader for other members of the Front of House team
- Address issues in a professional manner through effective interpersonal communication
- Other duties, responsibilities, and requirements may be assigned as necessary

**You’ll be Responsible For**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years or older
- TABC Certified
- Food Handler’s Certification
- Work morning shifts also to include weekends and holidays
- Ability to cope with fast-paced environments
- Knowledgeable about the Company’s food and beverage menus
- Ability to adhere to all company policies and the code of conduct
- Exemplary time and resource management including good attendance
- Ability to speak and write in basic English.
