Primary responsibilities for our **Junior Recruiter **role include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Identify recruiting sources, develop appropriate employment ad content, and post ads to facilitate recruiting efforts
- Positively promote the company and the benefits of joining our growing team
- Distribute recruiting materials and employment advertisements
- Identify and attend recruiting events and customize recruiting efforts accordingly to achieve desired staffing levels
- Perform recruiting tasks with a sense of urgency and aggressiveness necessary to achieve or exceed desired staffing levels on a regular and consistent basis

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1+ years of recruiting-related experience for all levels, exempt and non-exempt, and to include subcontract labor **(Experience recruiting “blue collar” workers and/or CDL Drivers is HIGHLY PREFERRED and experience in the household goods industry is a plus but is not required)**:

- Knowledge of key human resources functions including recruiting, employment law, personnel management, and employee development
- A professional demeanor with appropriate presence and tact to suitably represent company in various environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills using the English language
- Ability to occasionally travel to attend various recruiting-related events
- Valid driver’s license along with reliable transportation to/from work

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
