Landscaping Laborer

**Responsibilities**
- General lawn care duties to include - mowing, mulching, edging, fertilizing, raking, pruning, weed control, planting flowers / scrubs, leaf removal, gutter cleaning
- Power-washing house, sidewalks, driveways, decking, fences
- Patio installation, wall installation
- Grading, seeding and sod installation
- Snow removal, Storm debris removal (on-call after storm for clean-up)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients

**Physical Requirement**
- Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body, able to reach over head
- Able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, walking, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks. Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday. There will be regular exposure to weather conditions and there may be extended periods of walking.

**Qualifications**
- Driver's License required
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Landscaping experience - 1 year (preferred)
- Ability to pull / back up a trailer (preferred)
- Ability to drive zero turn mowers and stand-on mowers

**Schedule**
- 8 - 12-hour shifts (depends on the job / project)
- Monday - Friday
- Weekends hours as needed
- Must be able to work storm trouble

**Pay - $15 - $20 per hour based on experience**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
