Site Superintendent
- Commercial/ Site Concrete
- The Site Superintendent is responsible for leading projects from the field from start to finish. This position works closely with the Project Manager and C-3 Environmental project team to ensure and maintain the safety and schedule of each project. Duties include:

- Perform daily reports and monitor day to day work activities for production and schedule tracking
- Work closely with project management to create RFIs, Change Orders, scheduling, and any other correspondence to maintain the schedule and quality of our scope of work
- Will need extensive knowledge of plans, layout, grades
- Must communicate well with onsite superintendent and crews as well as vendors and suppliers
- Strong written and verbal skills to maintain communication with crews and other trades onsite
- Accurately track and report counts of materials, labor, and equipment needed and used onsite
- Review and understand plans and specifications
- A professional and courteous outlook with good customer service
- Computer Skills to include: Microsoft Office, Excel, word, MS Project, Sage Contractor 100, Planswift and other scheduling software
- OSHA 10 and 30 Certifications
- Pay is based on Experience
