**The Day to Day**:

- Safely and efficiently load and unload furniture and other items onto trucks
- Handle and secure items with care to prevent damage during transportation.
- Transport items to their designated locations using commercial driving techniques
- Follow established routes and schedules for timely delivery
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Operate moving equipment such as dollies and hand trucks.
- Flexible schedule and availability for varied shifts; please note that we cannot guarantee a set number of hours, as shifts will be distributed based on demand. Shifts will be up for grabs with a week’s advance.
- Occasionally, there will be travel opportunities for long distance moves

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a mover or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with commercial driving, box trucks, and route driving is a plus
- Ability to safely lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
