We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Representative at Blossom & Ivory in New York City. As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, providing unparalleled service and assistance to our valued customers. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, providing a welcoming and personalized experience.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases, providing detailed information and recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and tidying up the checkout area.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, product updates, and store promotions to provide customers with relevant information and assistance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, promote special promotions, and create a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
