**Position Overview**:
The position requires strong attention to detail, technically savvy with a strong sense of urgency.

**Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Provide administrative support to our engineering team
- Process engineering change requests, route them to correct channels and update as required
- Process new orders as they pertain to Engineering
- Create bill of materials and production process in SAP system
- Route drawings for signature through Adobe Sign
- Create and distribute internal office memos
- Manage and maintain drawings, travelers and other engineering documentation
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements
- Ensure responsiveness to internal customer requests
- Other duties as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills
- Detail oriented, proactive, and self-motivated; willingness to learn new skills and take on additional projects; self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask with shifting priorities.
- Possess a sense of urgency and excellent follow-through skills

**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM (can be flexible)
**Reports to**: VP, Engineering

Any offer of employment will be contingent upon receipt of acceptable results from a drug screening.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
