**Job Summary**

To provide the HH/CHBS departments with administrative support, training coordination, data/system management and communication with the programs contracted MCO’s.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Development and management of HH/CBHS personnel records.
- Track, monitor and schedule training for HH/CBHS staff.
- Track and monitor timelines for CHBS mandated reports.
- Creates/Maintains CHBS records.
- Liaison for MCO’s
- Complete, track and obtain approval for designated services from the contracted Managed Care Companies.
- Oversight for HH/CBHS program databases.
- Manages internal/external correspondences.
- Generate various interdepartmental/intradepartmental reports.
- Maintain an orderly filing system for all departmental material.
- Attends/reports/completes minutes for department and program meetings.
- Perform all other related duties, tasks or special projects as required.

**About You**
- Minimum AA degree. BA/BS preferred.
- Effective information management skills.
- Experience with Manage Care Companies a plus
- Computer competence with Microsoft Office including proficiency with Excel and database management.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.97 per hour
