Temporary Handyperson

Applicants must have flexible availability to work all shifts**:Mornings, Evenings, and Weekends shifts are required**.

- Plumbing (i.e.; Snaking a line, installing a shower body, toilet flange, wax rings)
- Electrical skills (i.e.; Replacing light bulbs, switches, outlets, circuit breakers/box)
- Carpentry (i.e.;Must be able to sheet rock/frame, plaster/prep, Paint, install doors and moldings, lay down flooring)
- *Any pump/motor skills, cooling tower knowledge, boiler experience are a plus*_
