Pace Staffers is currently looking to place a passionate and driven Sales Associate.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth and increasing brand awareness. This is an entry level role so in-house training upon hiring will be provided.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

- Attend training and meetings to learn sales and marketing tactics
- Work within sales team to achieve goals
- Consistently meet and record performance for personal records and to report to management
- Interact with customers to educate them on product knowledge
- Maintain high energy and outgoing personality to customers
- Demonstrate professionalism to peers, the client and customers
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Handle and keep confidential sensitive customer information
- Manage transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist management with tasks as requested per company policy
- Understand and demonstrate the company and clients values
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives

Sales Associate Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work in a diverse work environment
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Able to demonstrate active listening
- Previous sales experience a plus but not needed
- Previous customer service, retail or food industry experience
- Able to work on weekends as needed

Pay: $18.54 - $22.33 per hour
