**Description**

We seek a full-time position to coordinate daily center operations and serve as liaison at the Heartland Pontiac campus location. The Coordinator will understand Heartland Community College programs, including undergraduate, Continuing Education, and Adult Education and assist Center visitors with access to College programs, supports, and services.

General responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Coordinate and perform daily functions of the Center, including managing documents, handling communications, maintaining data and information, generating reports, and cashiering
- Manage operations and staffing of the Reception Desk
- Assist with entry processes for students in all learning programs, including undergraduate, Adult Education, and Continuing Education
- Prepare purchase requisitions, enter vouchers for vendor payment, and provide evidence of receipt in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy
- Provide technical support for the smooth operation of office and instructional equipment
- Participate in recruitment and outreach activities and events to promote Heartland Community College on and off campus

**Requirements**:

- Associate degree or appropriate experience/education
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and inclusively with diverse populations of students, staff, and community members
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to problem-solve, work independently, and function professionally under pressure

**Desired Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in career or academic advising, college admissions, or student personnel at the community college level
- Familiarity with Logan/Livingston County constituents and community priorities
- Familiarity with digital communications including social media, internet, and electronic signage
