Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Wine knowledge and presentation
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Maintain communication with coworkers and management in person and via groupchats
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and delivery
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Steps of Service in a fine-dining setting
- Proficiency in using cash register or POS system
- Knowledge of sanitation guidelines for maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Culinary knowledge to provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions
- Experience with TOAST POS system is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
