Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate treatment plans for patients, including scheduling appointments and ensuring follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Manage the dental office schedule, ensuring optimal use of time and resources
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or similar role in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with medical scheduling systems and phone systems is a plus

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $21.17 - $25.49 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

- Burke, VA 22015: Relocate before starting work (required)
