Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Implement recruiting strategies that align with employment labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Participate in succession planning activities to support long-term organizational goals.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing tools such as Lever and iCIMS.
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in succession planning and human resources practices.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
