Specialized Skill Builder

Applied Counseling and Consulting Services is currently seeking a Systematic Skill Builder at our agency for part time employment (~6 hours per week) for multiple consumers within the Wernersville region.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Developing methods of tracking effectiveness of behavior support plan.
- Complete Direct care visits and telephone consultations
- Monitoring and analyzing data and make changes when necessary based on data collection.
- Collaborating with the person serviced treatment team, including participation in the person supported ISP meetings
- Ensure clients’ health, safety, dignity, and individual rights at all times while enhancing the quality of the individuals’ everyday life.
- Provide services to each person in their home and/or their community according to their Goals and Objectives.
- Complete and submit all daily progress notes and time sheets in a timely and professional manner, in accordance with Applied Counseling Guidelines.
- Provide transportation for the person to local community outings or scheduled appointments as needed.
- Utilize local community resources in order to promote community integration, independence, and interdependence.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- _**Bachelors Degree **_**in Social Work, Psychology or Education preferred**:

- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Valid driver’s license

**Job Type: Part Time - Must be willing to travel designated area of coverage.**

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
