Pro Shop Employee

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting pro shop merchandise and provide basic bar service
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately in shop and bar areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop
- Book and arrange tee times, help work weekend golf events
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions
- Learn course rules, golf etiquette, and basic drink making

**Skills**:

- Basic golf experience a plus
- Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service skills, verbal and written
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Effective time management and trustworthiness

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
