**Immediately Hiring Unit Manager, RN**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Manager, RN to join our healthcare team. As a Unit Manager, RN, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific unit within our facility. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and managerial skills.

**Duties of the Unit Manager, RN**:

- Manage and coordinate the activities of the unit, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Oversee the scheduling of staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

**Requirements of the Unit Manager, RN**:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Rhode Island
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a healthcare leadership role
- Proven track record of successful team management and development
