**The Opportunity**: The Assembly Line Leader position is responsible for overseeing a production line within an Assembly and Contract Packaging plant, ensuring maximum productivity and quality.
- Day shift: 5:30am-2:30pm
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Pay: $19hr.

Below are the details for swing shift.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 2:30pm -11:30pm (2nd shift)
- Pay: $19.5/hr.

**How will you impact WestRock Company**:

- Responsible for inventory control, tracking and reconciliation of customer product and components
- Assign temporary staffing service employees to individual tasks on the line as outlined in the work order and train them accordingly.
- Oversee and monitor production flow on the line, trouble shoot problems, and make equipment adjustments as needed
- Motivate temporary staffing service employees in order to maintain maximum production line efficiency and meet production goals.
- Ensure that the completed finished product meets all specifications outlined in the Work Order and complete hourly quality checks.
- Accurately maintain all production paperwork, including recording and reconciling temporary staff labor hours, and enter production data into the computer system.
- Responsible for safety on the line and for adhering to all safety rules and programs, and for attending all required safety training.
- Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
- Periodic Overtime is required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods as a primary job responsibility.
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. intermittently during a typical work shift.
- Observance of established safety guidelines in conducting physical work activity duties.
