**YOUR DAILY CONTRIBUTIONS AS A HOMECARE DIRECTOR - RECRUITER**:
In this management and recruiter role, your mornings are a whirlwind of healthcare talent scouting and interviewing, as you seek out the best and brightest to join our compassionate team. You will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of a division of a homecare company. The oversight will be A-Z meaning; recruiting, scheduling, team management, overseeing business development etc. As the day unfolds, you seamlessly transition into the role of mentor and guide, leading new hires through engaging orientation sessions. With each interaction, you're not just welcoming new faces - you're empowering them to excel in their roles and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
