Math Instructor

Mathnasium of Temple City is currently hiring Math Instructors/Tutors

Required Qualifications:

- Exceptional math skills through Algebra I
- Outstanding communication and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent teamwork with strong leadership characteristics
- Energetic, fun, and confident personality
- Ability to professionally interact with students and parents
- Must pass a Math employment test that covers elementary to Algebra 1 math skills
- At least 8-10 hours commitment per week. You will have a chance to pick your own hours that fit your schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

- Well-versed to teach upper-level high school math courses (i.e.: calculus)
- Previous teaching experience or other experience working with students

**Salary**:

- Starting salary $17.00 - $22.00 per hour + bonuses based on performance
- This is a part-time position with advancement opportunities

Instruction session occurs in our safe commercial center. No in-home instruction session.
