Summer Facilities Worker

Green Bay, United States Encompass Early Educ & Care Inc Full time

**Duties**:

- lawns are mowed, trimmed and maintained to uphold professional appearance
- shrubs, trees, and other paintings are maintained
- parking lots, sidewalks and entrance ways are kept in safe condition
- Necessary maintenance and repair of equipment is brought to the attention of the Facilities Manager
- Assistance provided with maintaining appropriate wood/rubber chip depths, sand levels, etc
- Exhibit agency values in daily work and demonstrate commitment to the agency mission
- Perform other related duties as requested

- Moderate noise level in work environment and often required to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds and safely operate small equipment
- Required to talk, hear and the ability for close vision
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb/balance, stoop, kneel or crouch

**Other Job Requirements**:

- Must be 18 years or older
- Have a valid driver's license
- Ability to work outside in most conditions (heat, sunny, etc.)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
