**Responsibilities**:

- Lead projects ranging from $50m-$200m, overseeing them from inception to completion.
- Oversee commercial projects, including schools, hospitals, warehouses, offices, and airports.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and programs, particularly regarding safety.
- Manage approvals of shop drawings and submittals, maintaining project schedules and budgets.
- Oversee quality control programs and implement cost control measures.
- Coordinate project meetings, final inspections, and walk-throughs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Adapt to the requirements of a large company setting, understanding its dynamics and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a PM.
- Management experience with projects exceeding $50m-$200m.
- Demonstrated success in commercial construction, with a focus on building schools, preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Undestanding of how to work in a large company.
