We are currently recruiting for a** Quality Assurance Technician Trainee** to join our team The Quality Assurance Technician Trainee will be responsible for inspecting raw materials and work in process with finished goods to ensure compliance with product specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
- Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
- Developing quality standards, conducting tests, and identifying issues in the production of our products or services.
- Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
- Make recommendations for improvement.
- Create training materials and operating manuals.
- Exhibits thoroughness and consistency when conducting quality control, testing, and audits.
- Is proactive in non-conformance prevention and maintains a desire to help the organization to consistently achieve high quality and service expectations.
- The overall job performance meets the satisfaction of the Quality Control Supervisor/Management Representative.
- Assists with nonconformance Return Material Authorization (RMA) investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. Assists in updating RMAs in the ERP system when requested by a manager.
- Attends scheduled meetings and training sessions as needed to support quality control activities and employee development.
- Conducts customer-specific, routine quality control and testing as identified on production tickets and checklists.
- Conducts testing and collects production performance data as needed in support of non-routine quality control checks.
