**Shore HomeCare Services** is looking for compassionate and dedicated **Registered Nurses (RN) **to join our team in **Burlington County**. Our RN services are compensated on a per visit basis.

**Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities**:

- Create a comprehensive care plan in accordance with client's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.
- Supervised and manage CHHA's.

**Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN)**:

- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey (NJ)

Pay: $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
